The ASAM continuum places IOP at Level 2.1 providing enough structure and clinical intensity to drive lasting change without requiring 24-hour residential care.

Structured care, built around your timeline

IOP at Radix is positioned exactly where the ASAM Criteria designate Level 2.1: structured enough to maintain therapeutic momentum, flexible enough to make real recovery in real life possible. IOP is where you stop practicing recovery in a clinical setting and start living it.

Your placement at this level is determined by the ASAM Criteria, reviewed weekly by your clinical team, and adjusted as your recovery progresses. Not by insurance preference.
